Adaptive & Inclusive Gymnastics for ALL Abilities
Ages infancy - 18 yrs
Flip for Function provides opportunities for all children to participate in recreational gymnastics and to have fun through movement. We offer 1:1 and adaptive and inclusive group classes as a way to meet each child where they are & ensure they have the appropriate supports to thrive.
1:1 Gymnastics
$210-$325/month
For children who need a little extra support or prefer individualized attention! 1:1 sessions can be beneficial for all children depending on what the goals are!
These sessions will provide your child with various sensory and motor opportunities, helping to regulate attention, awareness and behavior as well as provide the foundation of gymnastics and movement to support development.
**We recommend starting here for children who haven’t had successful opportunities in group sessions in the past or for children who need a little more time to observe or regulate before engaging.
Group - Adaptive Gymnastics
$130-$150/month
Designed to accommodate children who need extra support for successful participation. In these classes, you can expect:
A smaller adult to student ratio (1:2-3)
Higher levels of adult support for children learning how to participate in movement based group classes
Focus on task + social engagement, participation, and attention
Explore movement + meeting sensory needs through gymnastics and play with a more fluid structure
Fair vs equal - some children may need to swing before engaging while other children may be happy to wait their turn on a spot marker. We allow for both of these to occur.
